عمان – أعرب سفير السلام العالمي المهندس حسن الوهداني بأشد عبارات الشجب والاستنكار عن إدانته الشديدة للعمل الإجرامي الآثم الذي استهدف محيط كنيسة بلدة حمود في محافظة الكرك الأبية، والذي أسفر عن وقوع ضحايا وإصابات في صفوف الأبرياء.
وقال سفير السلام العالمي في بيان صحفي صدر عن مكتبه اليوم إن هذا الاعتداء الجبان الغريب عن شيم وأخلاق مجتمعنا الأردني، لا يمثل إلا فئة ضالة تحاول عبثاً المساس بأمن الوطن واستقراره، والنيل من نسيجه الاجتماعي المتين.
واضاف المهندس الوهداني نؤكد في هذا المصاب الأليم أن المساجد والكنائس في الأردن هي بيوت الله التي تجمعنا على المحبة والسلام، وأن أي اعتداء على أي منها هو اعتداء على كل أردني وأردنية.
وشدد الوهداني على أن الأردن سيبقى ارض السلام ومنبع السلام والداعي الى السلام ولا يضيره عمل جبان لفئة أعمى الضلال عيونهم وعقولهم عن نور الهداية والهُدى.
وقال الوهداني بقلوب يعتصرها الالم ومرارة الغدر نتقدم بأحر التعازي والمواساة لأسر الشهداء ولأبناء شعبنا الواحد، سائلين المولى عز وجل أن يتغمد الراحلين برحمته، ويمنّ على المصابين بالشفاء العاجل. ونؤكد وقوفنا الدائم والراسخ خلف أجهزتنا الأمنية الباسلة في التصدي لكل من يحاول العبث بأمن الأردن واستقراره.

Global Peace Ambassador Engineer Hasan Al-Wahdani
condemned, in the strongest terms, the heinous criminal act that
targeted the vicinity of the church in the town of Hamoud in the
proud governorate of Karak, claiming innocent lives and leaving
others injured.
In a press statement issued by his office today, the Global Peace
Ambassador said: “This cowardly attack, which is alien to the
values and moral principles of our Jordanian society, represents
only a misguided group seeking in vain to undermine the nation’s
security and stability and weaken its cohesive social fabric.”
Engineer Al-Wahdani added: “In the face of this painful tragedy, we
affirm that the mosques and churches in Jordan are houses of
God that unite us in love and peace, and that an attack on any of
them is an attack on every Jordanian man and woman.”
Al-Wahdani stressed that Jordan would remain a land of peace, a
source of peace and an advocate for peace, undiminished by the
cowardly act of a group so blinded by misguidance that its
members can neither see nor comprehend the light of guidance
and righteousness.
Al-Wahdani said: “With hearts heavy with pain and the bitterness
of betrayal, we extend our deepest condolences and sympathy to
the families of the martyrs and to our united people. We pray to
Almighty God to embrace the departed in His mercy and grant the
injured a speedy recovery. We reaffirm our enduring and steadfast
support for our valiant security services in confronting anyone who
attempts to undermine Jordan’s security and stability.”
May God preserve Jordan, under the leadership of His Majesty
King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein, as an oasis of safety and security,
and safeguard our national unity against all strife.
